Integrated Waste Management
We provide integrated waste management services for the treatment & disposal of Hazardous & Non hazardous materials. Our facility includes Centrifuge system, Dehydration system for waste oil treatment, wiped film evaporators for used lube oil system, Thermal oxidizer for incinerating the gaseous waste; Pyrolysis system to produce sysn gas , Induction heating pyrolysis for spent catalyst treatment & disposal services.
Sludge Treatment & Disposal Services
We provide expert services in treatment of various types of sludge. We accept pasty for, liquid & solid form of Hydrocarbon sludge upto (80%) contamination .We produce syn gas from the sludge through pyrolysis process and the syngas is used for further fuel requirements of the facility. The left over from the treatment is ash ( which we called BIO-CHAR ), Bio-char is one of best soil enhancer to boost the fertility of the soil.
Spent Catalyst Treatment & Disposal
The spent catalyst disposal services is to remove the Hydrocarbon content from the spent catalyst by pyrolysis method. The hydrocarbon from the waste will be transformed into syngas and the left over Bio-char is rich in precious metals. The bio-char shall be packed and sent to the precious metal recovery centres.
Contaminated soil remediation & disposal services
The contaminated soil with the hydrocarbon will be accepted our facility to recover the hydrocarbon and the soil will be achieved to less than 1% LOI and shall be reuse as a back fill material material.
Waste oil recycling & Marpol waste disposal
We accept & treat the various types of contaminated waste oils, from the process industries, ships, marine vessels. Etc. Through a world class process, we recover the hydrocarbon from that and producing FURNACE OIL. Furnace oil a high calorific value fuel, which shall be used in furnaces and boilers as a fuel. We are currently exporting the Furnace Oil to the international markets.
Contaminated wax treatment & disposal
We provide the services for collection, treatment & disposal of contaminated waxes from the process industries. The waste wax will be treated in various cleaning methods to achieve the quality white color waxes and gray colour waxes.We supply wax in drums across the world as per their requirements to produce various products from the recycled wax,some of the applications are for grease manufacturing ,tyre industries ,any application requiring hydrophobic effect ,car shampoos etc.
Used lube oil recycling
Al Haya collects the used lube oil across Qatar and treats at our recycling facility in Measaid. We produce Base oil SN650 and exports to various customers across the world maintaining the specs and quality throughout the years of operation. Our facility is installed with wiped film evaporator for recycling of used Lube oil and produces quality products.
Electronic waste collection & disposal services
Al Haya is the first company in Qatar licensed from ministry to provide the services of safe collection & disposal of electronic waste from the various industries & corporates in Qatar. Special services are provided to the Universities, schools etc. We proudly collect the e-waste from individuals in Qatar for free of cost, just dial to our office to get the said services for any individuals.
Building products from waste
Al Haya achieved ZERO WASTE TO LANDFILL in the sludge treatment process. The sludge is treated with pyrolysis and the bio-char is used to make building products. The PB bricks are available in various shapes & sizes for using as a pavement block as well as interlocks for compound walls etc. The blocks are 250% higher strength than conventional cement bricks. The bricks are completely customizable in colour and shape and design to cater the customer needs .The are ecofriendly too .
